We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled service window. However, emergency situations, traffic conditions, or prior job complexity may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you of any changes to your scheduled appointment as promptly as possible.
We provide upfront pricing and written estimates before beginning any work. The estimate includes a detailed description of the scope of work, materials to be used, and total cost. Additional work discovered during a repair that was not included in the original estimate will be communicated to you for approval before proceeding. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash.
